Elections/Politics - Elections and elected officials affect all of us, but it's hard to keep track of where the candidates stand, are they really speaking the truth, can they be trusted, what are they really like. Below you will find several web sites where you can do your research, keep track, find out voting records, talk to other people on discussion boards and much more. Some of the sites are independent of any party and give objective views of issues, other sites are for a certain candidate.

The Hunger Site - Make a FREE donation of food to hungry people around the world. It won't cost you a dime, all you have to do is click with your computer mouse. The donations are actually paid for by sponsors. For every click a sponsor will donate 1/4 cup of food through the United Nations World Food Program. If there are 8 sponsors you are donating 2 cups of food. You can only click once a day, but just think about the difference we can make if we all just clicked the donation button once a day...

What Makes a Family Today? - An article written by Jill Curtis, just for us here at Parenthub.com. Jill is a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and author of ‘Making and Breaking Families - the Way Ahead for Parents and their Children'. Her article touches on the many different family dynamics that we have in today's society.
