Webmasters, Earn $$$ Promoting Free Stuff!
- Sponsorships.net offers pay-per-lead and click-through
programs, promoting free offers across the web. Detailed, online stats
reporting. Two-tier program, paying 5% referral commissions.
Linkshare -
Linkshare is an affiliate network that will help you make money with your web site.
They work a little differently from the advertising networks I've featured before. Through Linkshare
you can partner or become an affiliate with some of the Internet's top online merchants. Some will pay
you per click, mostly you will get a percentage of sales. As other such
programs, it is absolutely free to join and to get advertising banners
and buttons to feature on your web site.
WebSponsors
- This site is a results-based advertising network that will help
you make some extra money with your web site, even if it is only a
hobby of yours. They pay on several different models depending on the
advertiser: per impression, per click, per lead, and per sales.
Fundraising
for your local schools - Here are 4 great and relatively easy ways
to get your school some extra funds. Collect box tops from General
Mills products, recycle printer cartridges, collect Campbell soup
labels and buy books and software for your kids from Scholastic at
great prices. Just think of the extra equipment, books, software,
furniture etc. that your school could get with these extra funds.
DirectLeads Network -
Directleads is an advertising network that lets you generate some
extra income from your web site. I'm an affiliate of theirs and like
it because I don't have to make minimums for each program to get paid
monthly, but a cumulative minimum of all programs. You chose which
programs you want to advertise and you get paid either for leads or
for a click-through. I personally use only a handful of their
merchant programs that I feel are interesting to me and/or visitors to
Parenthub.com. So if there's an offer for free coupons, for instance,
I'll add it<g>.
Get
Paid for Surveys - Greenfield Online is a marketing research
company that offers you incentives such as cash and prizes to
participate in their online surveys and focus groups.
Start
Sampling - This site lets you sign up to get free samples of
products. You can also sign up for their "Frequent Tryer
Miles". Basically it allows you to accumulate miles to redeem for
gift certificates and other prizes. You can earn miles by completing
surveys, referring friends, visiting a manufacturer's web site, visit
Start Sampling's site and so on.
CashMap
- CashMap is a rewards program in which you earn Map Dollars in a
variety of ways. Some of those ways include visiting web sites,
conducting searches, signing up for free offers, filling out surveys,
and shopping.
Naupa
- The National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators. This
site was developed by state unclaimed property experts to assist you -
free of charge - in your efforts to search for funds that may belong
to you or your relatives. Other topics you can explore: what is
unclaimed property, how it becomes abandoned, information about
finders, and links to other useful websites.
Nupd
- The National Unclaimed Property Database is a search engine for
unclaimed money and property held by state and federal government
agencies. There are no sign-up fees, search fees, recovery or
contingency fees. No cost whatsoever to use the site. You do have to
register to search though.
Missingmoney
- Sponsored by participating U.S. States and the National Associaton
of Unclaimed Property Administrators. What's different with this site
from the Naupa site above? With this site you can search the entire
country instead of state by state - which could take more time.

Make money while surfing the Web
- Spend a lot of time on the web? How about making money while you surf? It's not a lot,
but hey, if you're surfing anyway... A company called AllAdvantage will pay you $.50 per
hour up to 40 hours per month while you are on the web. What is the catch? Well, you have
to download their Viewbar, a small bar which will be displayed at the bottom of your
browser when you go online. You can get the Viewbar off your screen at any time with just
one click.
Make
money laughing - Do you have some funny stories and wouldn't mind making an extra
$400? Have writing skills or always wanted to be published? Reader's Digest is offering
you a chance at both some money and getting published. Several departments at Reader's
Digest will pay you for contributions that get published. The amount they pay varies
according to the department, but if you send them a real-life funny story to their laugh
lines and they publish it, they'll send you $400. Not a bad for 10 minutes of work... The
Reader's Digest site is in frames, so the link above will take you to the main page and
from there you have to link to laugh lines.
American Consumer Opinion - The American Consumer
Opinion panel is a group of households that have agreed to participate in surveys over the
Internet. Occasionally, these households are asked to participate in mail surveys or
telephone surveys, but generally the surveys are all conducted over the Internet.
Membership is free. All registered members participate in a monthly drawing to win cash
awards, just for being a member (one $75 cash award and three $25 cash awards). For
participating in a survey you will get something (cash, a check, a gift, free product to
test or a chance to win larger cash awards). The $ value ranges between $2 and $7, if a
survey is extra long they pay you more. Online focus group participants earn more.
MyPoints - Get
paid for doing things what you already do on the Internet -- visiting sites, clicking ad
banners, making purchases, completing surveys, etc. Marketers buy and issue points to
consumers for completing the interaction(s) they want, much like "green stamps on the
Net". Points are redeemable for free travel on ANY airline, name brand merchandise,
& services like free ski & golf passes.
Freeride.com - Collect FreeRide
points to buy products from participating retailers. One of the participating retailers
seems to be NetGrocer, where you can buy your
groceries and have it delivered via federal express to your home. |
