email or by picking up the phone or even if you don't know who your elected officials are.
Now it is easier and faster than ever to let your voice be heard.
| U.S. House of Representatives - Here
you can find a congressional telephone directory, a list of members by state, even mailing
labels in word or text format for member of congress and for committees. How about links
to congress members websites where
you can find information on where they stand on the issues or websites for House of
Representatives committee offices? In addition to all this, there is a "what's
new" section and the schedule the House has for the week, annual congressional
schedule, an easy "look up your
representative" search engine, up-to-date events on the House floor as they
happen and much more. |
| If you know your congressperson's name, you can
also call the House switchboard at 202/ 224-3121 and get transferred to your
congressperson's office. |
| The United States Senate - In
addition to learning about the senate, scheduled activities, committee information and
links committee pages, you can also find contact information for your senators. You can
find a directory of senators by name or state or their email addresses. You can of course
also get information on Senate Leadership positions etc. |
| You can also look in your local phone books white pages under "US
Government -- Congressional # District. This way you will find the number of their local
office and you won't have to pay for a long distance call. |

Email Directory - Pick your state out of the list and get the names of your senators
and representatives and their email address. If they don't have email, they also give you
a U.S. Mail address for both the Senate and the House of Representatives. |
