A couple of quick recipes that I've used myself or thought of using:

Halloween Jigglers:
Buy molds at http://www.jell-o.com. They have Halloween molds. Last year, I also saw them in the stores right before Halloween. Use grape and orange jello to make pumpkins, cats, witches, ghosts and bats. Quick and simple to prepare.

DirtCake:
Not really a Halloween recipe but it really is perfect for it, and it is a great activity for the kids to do. Buy small clay (or plastic) flower pots, a toy shovel. Wash well before using. Make a gooey brownie batter and bake. When the brownies are cool, crumble and shovel some into each pot. Mix in bits of gummy worms and other bugs, licorice etc.
If you really want to make it a Halloween treat, decorate it with oval or rectangular shaped cookies that you can decorate as a tombstone. Decorate the cookies with icing to say: "Boo!" or "RIP" etc. Or use small spiders and bugs or anything else that strikes your fancy. You can also decorate the pots themselves. Quick and easy and lots of fun.

Slimy Worm Pudding:
Prepare a box of instant chocolate pudding. Mix the pudding with 1/2 container of whipped topping. Line a shallow, clear dish with crushed chocolate wafers (Oreos work well). Mix gummy worms with the pudding mixture and layer the dish, alternating crushed cookies and wormy pudding. Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with finely ground cookie sand. Chill

Bone Sandwiches:
Cut the crusts off of some slices of white bread. Spread peanut butter and jam on the bread. Roll the sandwiches up.
